Additionally, I prefer to use simple, accessible digital tools to reduce barriers to learning. 

Whether for individuals or organizations, and for art educators or horticulture professors, I have demonstrated success in supporting educators to clarify their goals, develop planning, scheduling, teaching, and assessment systems that work for them, and improve their overall teaching practice.

My approach is never to tell educators what to do, but to empower them to develop their own practices.

While I do give preference to neurodivergent individuals (because learning spaces aren't always made for us), I am eager to work with all educators.

As an experienced educator with every age group, I'm eager to discuss teaching opportunities - either on a regular basis or as a one-time workshop.

Sometimes students need to hear concepts from a different person or point of view and I am happy to be that person. From kindergarten prep to Algebra 2, I am eager to support your student[s] on their path to success.

Have a teenager or several who would benefit from a nonjudgmental ear and mentorship from a safe adult who is not easily ruffled? 

Whether to have someone to talk to about life, growing up, college plans, relationships, or just to have someone to - literally or figuratively - plant seeds, I have nearly 20 years of experience mentoring teenagers.

Need to collect and analyze data from stakeholders? Have an event that needs registrations, invoices, and scheduling? Have a lot of data but aren't sure how to organize it into reports?

In addition to building and managing registration for statewide events, I also have experience building usable surveys to collect meaningful data from stakeholders, creating methods for easy, transparent observation reports, creating and automating spreadsheets and documents to direct information, and combining quantitative and qualitative data to build reports for funding committees.

Need to assess programs, units, and/or lessons? Concerned about maintaining equitable practices? I am eager to help you build meaningful, equitable assessments that collect data that can be utilized for reflection and growth. 

Have a lot of processes that need to happen? Overwhelmed by paperwork? Are files being lost into the mysterious folder in the sky? Let's look at systems to streamline processes, manage existing and incoming data, and increase usability. 

As someone who often works with others who are not accustomed to filing processes or technological interfaces, I take great joy in bridging the gap between data and engagement by providing clarity, readability, and training to ensure processes are happening with as little effort as possible by those using it.
